Q. How can I place an order ?
 A. You can place an order by phone, email .The preferred way is by email. Our workshop and shop are in 'One Place' right in old town of Hoi An so you can come and visit us . 
 
Q. What is the method of payment ?
A. We accept : Bank transfers, L/C, Western Union and cash. Payment can be made by Bank transfer, Cash, Western Union or L/C( L/C will apply for large orders (from 15,000 USD/order). The required minimum deposits is 50% base on total value of order upon order confirmation and the balance will be paid upon your receipt a copy of the B/L for shipment via email . We will send you original shipping documentaries upon our receipt of the balance so that you can receive the goods in your country. However, if trade terms for the order is Ex-works and the order is shipped by your own shipping forwarder agent, then you have to pay us the balance before we deliver the order to your own shipping forwarder agent in Vietnam . 
 
Q. Do We do custom orders and designs? 
A. In addition to our product range as shown on this regularly updated website, we are able to do custom-made designs to our Customers Specific Needs ( which includes your own design ). You can send us your designs in details so we can do sample production, this will apply to your cost and all relevant airfreight to send the sample. 
 
Q. Do we have catalogues?
A. We choose not to print expensive catalogues, as we would rather pass the cost savings onto our customers in the form of lower prices. In addition, as we have new products and designs on display on our web-site so please visit our site:http:// tuoingochandmade.com 
 
Q. Do we have a showroom?
A. Our shop and workshop 'Are All One' in Hoi An old town.
 
Q. Do you have items available in stock for immediate delivery?
A. We have most items available in stock. But sometimes there are many changes to stock items, in terms of designs, colours, materials, so quantities can change. In addition, each customer/market has different tastes and therefore it is not good for us to keep large quantities on hand, that is why we make to orders as they are ordered, if you need any special design or quantity, please place an order with us. 
 
Q. How many colors can we do?
A. We can supply a wide range of colours, which are ( and more ) displayed on our website. We can also supply special colours, for your specific needs as our trusted customers. We can 'Dye the Silk' in specific colours for you, and also the fabrics for our lanterns/lampshade & others 
 
Q. Can your products be used outdoor?
A. Our products can be used outdoor. However, they should be kept in the shade, rather than in direct sun light or extreme heat. The best way is to use our products indoor. 
 
Q. What is the production lead time? 
A. Production lead time depends very much on your order quantity and specific kinds of products that you order because some products can be quickly produced and some takes time. Therefore, we can only advise you over production lead time upon our receipt of your specific order with specific designs, quantity as well as your detailed requirements. However, standard production time is often 40-60 days from our receipt of your deposits or payments( where applicable). Therefore, we can only advise you over specific production time upon our receipt of your final specific order with specific designs, sizes and quantity, etc. 
 
Q. What is the minimum order quantity? 
A. As some of our products really takes time to produce, our required minimum order quantity/MOQ for sample orders is in general from 5 to 20 pieces or sets per design or per colour and the total order value must be at least 500-1,000 USD per order ( depending on specific items and designs as well as number of designs you order). Our required minimum order quantity/MOQ for official/re-orders is from 20 to 40 pieces / per design or per colour and the total order value must be at least 2,000 USD per order ( depending on specific items and designs as well as number of designs you order). 
 
Q. Do you have any discount rates for big orders? 
A. Our prices are wholesale and for full container base and therefore we can only give you some discount if you place repeated large orders with us or your order is very big. The discount rate will be determined upon our receipt of your specific orders. 
 
Q. Do we taking care of the shipment?
. A.We have shipped our products worldwide for over 15 years. We have our own Freight Forwarder to deal with all our shipments. And therefore we can supply you a very good Shipping Service for WorldWide Distribution. 
 
Q. How much is the Shipping costs?/Shipping Time
A. Depending on specific orders, designs, sizes / quantity, as well as your desired mode of shipping like by sea or by air, door-to-door or port-to-port,Destination of country ...so we will advise you the updated shipping cost 
-Normal shipping : via post office apply on orders less than 20kilos in weight by airmail will take between 3-4 weeks, and by seamail will take 12 weeks. 
-Freight cargo :via freight forwarder logistic, this will apply for order up 1 cubic meter (CBM), this will take 4 weeks by Sea Freight to entry destination port, Air Freight will take 4-7 days 
 
Q. How is my order shipped? 
A. Each order is carefully inspected before it leaves our warehouse to minimise damage in transit. You can have your order shipped either by sea freight or air freight and either door-to-door or port-to-port worldwide for your requirement. In addition, you can indicate that your order is shipped by your own shipping agent/forwarder. 
 
Q. How do you manage your production in conjunction with the environment ?
A.We produce our products in 'Traditional Way' Crafted from Natural Materials. We are aware of the waste in our environment, and we try to show people that we use Natural Materials in the production our Products.
